Kashi GoLean Oatmeal

Let’s just say I really love breakfast.

I wake up in the morning excited to eat. I think about breakfast at lunch. I cook dinner with breakfast in mind. I got to bed thinking about what I will eat in 8 hours. Is that sad or what?!

This morning, after an unusual morning run of 7.4 miles, which I barely partake in anymore because of my busy, busy schedule, I downed a bowl of Kashi GoLean Oatmeal.  Let me tell you, this stuff is SO good! I topped it with PB2, half a banana, and a scoop of pumpkin puree. Yummy! I also added more protein with a scrambled egg beater and some grapefruit :)

Well, this is my first post. I’m new to this whole blogging thing. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know! I would NOT mind hearing from a few experts on how to be successful!
